IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of
"The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regula-
tions made under that Act for the granting of leases
for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it
is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for
gold-mining purposes to the applicant specified in
the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objec-
tions against such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating

the expiration of thirty days from the publication of
this notice, to grant a lease for coal-mining purposes
to the applicant, and for the land specified in the
Schedule hereto.

therewith can be seen at the Crown Lands Office,
Dunedin.

which it is intended to conduct the business: "Mount

Kyeburn. Area: 3 acres. Proposed term: 21 years.
