SCHEDULE.

Description and Purpose of Reserve Intended to be Exchanged. Description of Land to be Obtained in Exchange therefor.
Section 1, Block I., All that area in the Town of Ophir. Reserved by Ophir, being Section No. 3, Block III. Bounded towards the North-west by Swindon Street; towards the North-east by Section No. 4 of same block; towards the South-east by in the Otago Provincial Gazette No. 880, of the 12th November, 1873, rail-race reserve; and towards the South-west by a tail-race reserve to Swindon Street, folio 411. As a site for an atheneum. Section No. 3. Bounded towards the North-west by the North reserve of the Otago, dated 8th November, 1873, and published block; towards the South-east by Crown lands and a tail-race reserve.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
