- I am the Manager of the said intended Com-
pany. - The above statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular; and I make
this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the
same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Little Nell as a Limited Company
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Little Nell Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at the Tiki, Coromandel.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Coromandel. - The nominal capital of the Company is eight thousand
five hundred pounds, in seventeen thousand shares of ten shil-
lings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is fifteen thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is three hundred and fifty-
five. - The amount already paid up is five hundred pounds.
- The name of the Manager is Edward Lister Green.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
follow :-

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned
MARTIN CONNOR and HENRY JOHN KIRTON, at
Belmont, Hutt, as Poultry-farmers, under the style
of "Connor and Kirton," is hereby dissolved by
mutual consent, as from the day of the date hereof.
All liabilities in connection with the said partnership
will be discharged by the said Martin Connor, who
will also receive all debts due to the said partnership,
and will in future carry on the said business upon
his own account.

THE WAKATIPU STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY
(LIMITED).
A MEETING of Shareholders in above Company
will be held in the Town Hall, Queenstown, on
Friday, the 9th day of September, 1881, at 2.30 p.m.,
to pass a resolution confirming the following resolu-
tion passed at a meeting of Shareholders of the said
Company, held this day, at the Town Hall, viz.:
"That the Wakatipu Steam Navigation Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, in compliance
with 'The Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860.'"

Royal College of Surgeons, and Licentiate
of the Society of Apothecaries, London, Licentiate of
the Royal College of Physicians and Licentiate of
Midwifery, Edinburgh, residing in Port Chalmers,
hereby give notice that I intend to apply, within
thirty days from date hereof, to have my name regis-
tered as a Medical Practitioner under "The Medical
Practitioners' Registration Act, 1869;" and that I
have deposited a certificate of my diplomas, with a
copy of this notice, in the office of the Registrar for
the District of Dunedin, for public inspection, in
terms of section 14 of said Act.
