NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each
case on or before the 13th day of September next.
ROBERT NAIR RYBURN.-Lot 1 of the sub-
division of the block of land originally granted to
James Hamlin, situated at Waiuku, in the County of
Eden, containing 178 acres. Unoccupied. 1637.
