THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Home Rule Gold-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) as a Limited Company under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Home Rule Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at the Tiki, Coromandel, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the office of Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell, in the New Zealand
Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland, in the said Pro-
vincial District of Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is sixteen thousand
two hundred pounds, in sixteen thousand two hundred shares
of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is sixteen thousand
two hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares (if any) is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are
as follow:-

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting
of the Shareholders of the Wallsend Coal-
Mining Company (Limited), Collingwood, will be
held in the Institute, Collingwood, on Thursday, the
25th day of August, 1881, at 7 p.m., for the purpose
of considering the accounts of the Liquidators.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between the
undersigned ALFRED FORD MATTHEWS and
WILLIAM TATTLEY, as Engineers and Surveyors, at
Gisborne, Poverty Bay, has this day been dissolved
by mutual consent.

ORDER OF HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section 88 of "The Public Works
Act, 1876," it is, amongst other things, enacted
that the County Council of any county established
under the provisions of "The Counties Act, 1876,"
may, by an order gazetted and publicly notified, from
time to time declare any district road within the
county to be a county road: And whereas the
Council did, at a special meeting held on the seventh
day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one, pass a resolution declaring the line of main road
known as the Great North-eastern Road, leading
from the boundary of the county at the foot of
Featherston's Hill to the boundary of the county at
the top of the Rimutaka Hill, within the Hutt County,
to be a county road: And whereas, further, the
Council, at a special meeting of the Council, held
this twelfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-one, did confirm the aforesaid resolution,
as provided by section 80 of "The Counties Act,
1876," and did direct that an order in conformity
with such resolution be drawn up and sealed with
the seal of the county, and be forthwith gazetted
and publicly notified: Now, it is by this order
declared that the line of main road known as the
Great North-eastern Road, leading from the boundary
of the county at the foot of Featherston's Hill to the
boundary of the county at the top of the Rimutaka
Hill, within the Hutt County, be from henceforth a
county road.
