SURVEYORS CHARGES.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of the Native Land Court, to be held at Patea, on the 15th
day of August next, will be heard and determined the application of the person named in the first
column of the Schedule hereto, for an order of the Court that payment be made in money or land for the
cost, amounting to the sum named in the fourth column of the said Schedule for the survey of the block of
land named in the second column of the said Schedule respectively, of which block of land the persons
named or referred to in the third column of the said Schedule have been found to be the owners.

NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, July 4th, 1881.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 15th day of February, 1881, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act,
1874," and "The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Ruhira Tuhoto and others, to a piece of land
called Tutaeariari, situate at Patea, in the district of Taranaki, heard and determined by the Native Land
Court of New Zealand on the 20th day of July, 1880, at Patea, in the said district, should be reheard
before the said Court; and that such rehearing shall take place before the 20th day of July, 1882:
Now, I hereby give notice, that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Patea, on the 15th
day of August next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.
