DISTRICT OF WAIKATO, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND

Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.

TIKORANGI BLOCK.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, July 1st, 1881.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 26th of January, 1881 and following days,
an Order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Arekatara Te Puni and
others, should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be
made and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such
survey will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Cambridge, on the
31st day of July, 1881:

If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the
said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objec-
tions will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Cambridge, on the 1st day of
August, 1881.

ingoa i runga ake nei, kia Rehitatia a Arekatara Te Puni, me etahi atu, hei tangata tuturu mo taua whenua,
a ka puta he Tiwhiketi o to ratou paanga ki taua whenua ana ka oti he ruri tika. Na, he panuitanga tenei
kia mohiotia ai ka takoto te mapi o taua ruri hei tirohanga ma te katoa ki te Tari o te Kaiwhakawa Tuturu i
Kemureti, a te 31 o nga o Hurae, 1881.

WHAKAMARU AND MAUNGAITI BLOCK.

Auckland, July 1st, 1881.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 26th of January, 1881, and following days,
an Order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Hitiri Te Paerata and
others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be
made and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such
survey will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Cambridge, on the
31st day of July, 1881:
