All that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 105 acres 3 roods, more or less, and
being Lot No. 154 in the Parish of Maungatawhiri,
Opaheke Survey District, Provincial District of
Auckland. Bounded towards the North-east by a
road commencing at a point 1100 links from the
most easterly angle of Lot No. 152 of the aforesaid
parish, 697, 320, 1221, 443, and 556 links respectively;
thence Southerly by a road, 2600 and 1800 links re-
spectively; thence Easterly by the crossing of a
road, and Lots Nos. 43 and 135 of the Settlement
of Pokeno, Section No. 1, 100, 1395, and 475 links
respectively; thence South-westerly by a road, 122,
644, 226, 153, 217, 724, and 397 links respectively;
thence North-westerly by Lots Nos. 153 and 152, and
a road, 320, 3207, and 1100 links respectively, to the
point of commencement. For the growth and pre-
servation of timber.

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the
Parish of Oruawharo, Otamatea Survey District,
Provincial District of Auckland, called the northern
portion of Lot No. 145, and containing by admea-
surement 40 acres, more or less. Bounded towards
the North by a road, 480 links and 2155 links;
towards the East by a road, 1132 links; towards the
South by the middle portion of Lot No. 145, 2890
links; aud towards the West by the northern por-
tion of Lot No. 155, 1815 links, to the point of
commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. For a metal reserve.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement, 26 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or
less, and being Lot No. 138, Section No. 1, Settle-
ment of Pokeno, in the Parish of Maungatawhiri,
Opaheke Survey District, Provincial District of Auck-
land. Bounded-Generally Northerly by a road
commencing at a point which forms the most easterly
angle of Lot No. 137 of the aforesaid parish, 220,
290, 210, 220, 590, 270, and 660 links respectively;
thence South-easterly by Lot No. 134, 1118 links;
thence Easterly by Lot No. 134 aforesaid, 717 links;
thence Southerly by Lot No. 127, 365 links; thence
generally South-westerly by Lot No. 136, 600 and
1847 links respectively; thence North-easterly by
Lot No. 137 to the point of commencement, 971
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
For a recreation-ground.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, being Lot No. 96A, Parish of Koheroa,
situated in Block II., Maramarua Survey District,
and containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or
less. Bounded towards the North-west by a road,
1113 links; towards the South-east by a road, 936
links; towards the South-west and again towards the
North-west by Lot No. 96 of said parish and block,
860 links and 2282 links: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less. For a cemetery.

NELSON.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 15 acres, be the same more or less,
situated in the Land District of Nelson, and being
Section No. 105A, Block X., Mawheranui Survey
District, and bounded as follows: On the North-
ward by the Main Grey Valley Road, 846 links; on
the Eastward by Section No. 105, 1958 links; on
the Southward by Crown land, 814 links; and on
the Westward by Crown land, 1728 links. As a
resting-place for stock.

CANTERBURY.

All those several parcels of land in the Provincial
church. For the improvement and protection of the
River Ashburton, viz.:---

In the Wakefield Survey District:--
89 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward by
Reserve No. 1410 (in red) and a road-line; East-
ward by the River Ashburton; and Westward by
Sections Nos. 14544 and 32201: and numbered
2,494 (in red).

26 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward by
Section No. 10361; Eastward by Section No. 32413;
and Southward by the River Ashburton: and num-
bered 2495 (in red).

184 acres, more or less. Bounded-Westward by
Sections Nos. 30210, 10853, 4440, 28134, 31497,
6506, 32504, and 6505, and by Reserves Nos. 1122
(in red) and 1951 (in red), and by the terrace forming
the north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned
reserve; and Eastward by the north branch of the
River Ashburton: and numbered 2496 (in red).

14 acres, more or less. Bounded-Eastward by
Sections Nos. 18860 and 27629; Westward by the
north branch of the River Ashburton; and South-
ward by a road-line: and numbered 2497 (in red).

26 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward by
Section No. 29444; Eastward by Sections Nos. 14551,
23652, and 14975; Southward by Section No. 25344;
and Westward by the River Ashburton: and num-
bered 2498 (in red).

310 acres, more or less. Bounded-Westward by
Sections Nos. 10954, 5264, 5260, 5259, and 6422;
Northward by a road-line; and Eastward by the
River Ashburton: and numbered 2299 (in red).

32 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward by
Section No. 6504; Eastward by a road-line; South-
ward by Section No. 6503 and a line in continuation
of its northern boundary; and Westward by the
River Ashburton: and numbered 2500 (in red).

In the Spaxton Survey District: 293 acres, more
or less. Bounded-Northward by the continuation
of the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No.
30916; Westward by the River Ashburton; East-
ward by the top of the terrace and by Sections Nos.
30151 and 30409; and Southward by Section No.
30446: and numbered 2501 (in red).

In the Wakanui Survey District:-
187 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward
by the continuation of the south-eastern boundary-
line of Section No. 4354; Eastward by the River
Ashburton; and Westward by Sections Nos. 4950,
6429, 8425, 20243, 20244, 21263, 22619, and 22729:
and numbered 2502 (in red).

14 acres, more or less. Bounded-Northward by
Section No. 7901; Eastward by Sections Nos. 15690,
4923, and 5594; and Westward by the River Ash-
burton: and numbered 2503 (in red).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twelfth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
