the Townships of Opunake and Manaia, and Kaupo-
konui and Waimate Survey Districts, and described
in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale by
public auction, at the District Land Office, Hawera,
on Monday, the 1st day of August next, at the hour
of 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
