HAVING considered the application of Rapata Taita and others in this behalf, dated the 4th day of
February, 1881, and received by me on the 12th day of April, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Pokotakina, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Gisborne, on the 16th day of February, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

i te takiwa o Popati Pei, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 4 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1881, i tae mai nei
ki ahau i te 12 o nga ra o Aperira, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Tura-
nganui, i te 16 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e "Te Ture Kooti
Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

HAVING considered the application of Kararaina Paipai and others in this behalf, dated the 26th day of
March, 1881, and received by me on the 21st day of April, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Tauowhiro, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Gisborne, on the 5th day of March, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
