The above township consists of fertile level land,
situate on the coast-line, and is accessible by coastal
steamer; and the main coach-line of road from
Hawera to New Plymouth forms the main street of
the township, which is distant thirty-eight miles from
New Plymouth.

This land fronts the main road-lines leading from
Manaia to Normanby and Stratford, and is distant
from one and a half to four miles from Manaia. The
land is mostly covered with light bush: it is level,
well watered, and fertile.

Lithograph plans of the townships can be obtained
at any of the Land Offices in the colony, together
with all necessary information.

Terms of sale: One-fourth of the purchase-money
to be paid at the sale, and the balance to the Receiver
of Land Revenue, Patea, within one calendar month
from the date of sale, otherwise the deposit will be
forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land
thenceforth be null and void. Crown-grant fee to be
paid on completion of purchase.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

WHEREAS application has been made to me by
ALEXANDER FREDERICK MORRISON
to register a dealing affecting Section 14, Block
XLVII., Town of Invercargill, now standing in the
name of the said Applicant, and a statutory declara-
tion as to the loss of the receipt of the Receiver of
Land Revenue having been lodged with me, notice is
hereby given that I shall register the above dealing,
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within
fourteen days from the publication of the Gazette
containing this notice.
