The sections in the Paikakariki, Belmont, and
Akatarawa Blocks can be approached by rail or road,
have available bridle-tracks, good soil, and are covered
with much valuable timber.

Lithographed maps of these, and schedule of sec-
tions, can be obtained on application.

One-fourth of the purchase-money to be paid on
the fall of the hammer, and the balance within one
month.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned
town, suburban, and rural sections, situate in
the Townships of Opunake and Manaia, and Kaupo-
konui and Waimate Survey Districts, and described
in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale by
public auction, at the District Land Office, Hawera,
on Monday, the 1st day of August next, at the hour
of 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
