Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column, will be investigated at Whanganui, on the 15th day of July
next, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, Whanganui.

Hori Kerei Paipai, Kawana
Paipai, and Mere Te Rori Kanihinihi near Whanganui Commences at the Whanganui River at the

boundary of Maramaratotara, following on
to the boundary of Kaiwhaiki (which has
been surveyed), thence continuing to the
boundary of Upokongaro No. 1, follows
that boundary up to the Whanganui River,
and then follows that river to the com-
mencement. |
| Menehira Te Kooro, Rotohiko
Tamatea, and Taiawhio
Poutini | Kaimoho near Hiruharama... | Commences at Ngamahanga, thence to Wai-
pa pa and Tamatawhero, turns to Te Pou,
Kotore Tupou, Ohinewawau, and Te Paru-
paru; turns to Te Aramahoe, Ngapakira,
and Otamatuna, and comes up to the start-
ing point. |
| Keina Tao, Poaneki Tokona,
Te Wirihana Nga Ariki,
and others | Te Waka near Whanganui... | Commences at the mouth of Ohane on the
Whanganui River, follows along the Wha-
nganui to Wharaurangi, turns and goes to
Hiwaupoiki, comes to Mangawhero, a river,
and then following it comes up to Tahupa
at Ohane. |
| Te Winiata Te Puhaki, Hipi-
rini Te Kikokaeo, and Hami
Te Riaki | Hukaroa near Whanganui... | Commences at Haumiri, and turns thence to
Ngamanu, Opurua, Oranga, Matapiko, and
Orangiiti, turns to Te Waiahioi, Otawa,
Otukehu, Orongomaihuna, Mangapukoru,
and Puketoi, turns to Te Urumahoe, Wai-
haruru and Kotairi, and closes at Hukaroa. |
