to one JAMES MCGREGOR MITCHELL, and
evidence having been given of the loss of the certifi-
cate of title, I hereby give notice that production of
said certificate will be dispensed with, and the said
dealing registered, unless caveat forbidding the same
be lodged at this office on or before the 3rd day of
February, 1881.
