NOTICE is hereby given that Sittings of this Court will be shortly held at Otaki, Patea, and Taranaki,
and it is therefore desirable that applicants should forward to this office their claims to lands in these
districts as soon as possible.

HAVING considered the application of Rongowhitiao Arekatara and others in this behalf, dated the 30th
day of March, 1881, and received by me on the 3rd day of May, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Whaiti Kuranui No. 1, in the District of Waikato, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Cambridge, on the 29th day of March, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by the Native Land Court Act, 1880, dismiss the same.
