public auction, at the Council Chamber, Napier, on
Wednesday, the 29th day of June next, at 11 o'clock
in the forenoon,

TRANSMISSIONS. No. 157. - STEPHEN
BRIDGE and AMBROSE DAVEY, claiming
as Devisees under the will of EDWARD HUNT, late of
Waverley, Farmer, deceased, to be registered as
Proprietors in fee-simple of Section 282, Okotuku
Block, more particularly described in Register, Vol.
ix., folio 242, and Application 157.

No. 158. - JOE DRANSFIELD and ISAAC
PHILIPS, claiming as Devisees under will of LIPMAN
LEVY, deceased, to be registered as Proprietors in
fee-simple of Sections 38 and 39, Township of
Palmerston North, Register, Vol. i., folio 263.

No. 159. - JOHN TAYLOR, claiming as Eldest
Son and Heir-at-law of CHARLOTTE TAYLOR, late of
Foxton, deceased, to be registered as Proprietor in
fee-simple of Rural Sections 455 and 456, Foxton,
Manawatu, Register, Vol. i., folio 106.

The several applicants above named will be regis-
tered as aforesaid, unless caveat be lodged in each
