o nga ra o Hanuere, 1881, e te Kooti Whenua Maori, ki Ohinemutu, Rotorua. Ko nga tangata katoa e
whai tikanga ana mo taua whenua me haere ki reira.
Ka oti te whakawa, ka puta te Karauna Karaati ki te hunga i kitea tona tika e te Kooti: heoi ano,
he tino whakaotinga tena; e kore rawa e tika kia peke mai tetahi tangata ki muri. Ka kitea te mapi o
te whenua mehemea kua oti te ruri ki te Tari o te Kaiwhakawa Tuturu i Ohinemutu.

NOTICE.

W HEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 1st day of April, 1880, it was ordered by His Excellency
in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," "The Native Land
Act, 1878," and "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," that the claim of Harete Matia and others, to a piece
of land situate at Maketu, in the District of Bay of Plenty, called Rangiuru, heard and determined by the
Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 4th day of February, 1880, at Tauranga, in the said district,
should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 4th day of
February, 1881.

And whereas this case was called on for rehearing before the Native Land Court at Maketu, on the
20th day of August, 1880, and adjourned to a future sitting of the Court.

Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Maketu, Bay of
Plenty, on the 4th day of February next, for the rehearing of the above-named claim.

i te 20 o nga ra o Akuhata, 1880, a i whakanukuhia mo tetahi atu tuunga o te Kooti.
Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka tu te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Maketu a te 4 o nga ra o
Pepuere, 1881, ki te whakawa hou ano i taua piihi whenua.

OTICE is hereby given that the sittings of this Court, advertized to be held at Cambridge on the 25th
and 26th instant, are postponed to the 8th proximo. It is also further notified that the two under-
mentioned claims which appear in the notice for the 25th instant will not be adjudicated upon at the post-
poned sitting on the 8th proximo, viz., Te Taiha a Huakatoa and Okauia.
