goes towards the West to Te Pa-o-Puke-
hika, turns then towards the South in the
Whareama to its mouth, thence by the
coast to Te Waipuna.

hau
Te Paerau, near Masterton,
Wairarapa
Commences at Te Rahui-a-te-Humingi, and
goes on to Te Kairere, then turns towards
the sea, and goes on to Te Waka-a-kotore-
momona, Pukutihia, and Te Rahui-a-te-
Humingi, where it ends.

Wairarapa Moana South,
near Greytown, Wairarapa
Commences at the mouth of the Okorewa
River, and goes on to Kiriwai, Pounui,
Matarua, Tahunakaroro, and Pekehonia,
turns here towards the East, and runs
through the lake to Tuakipuku, Te Herea-
tekoreke, Kariwahine, and Mataitoke, turns
here towards the South, and goes on to Te
Rere, Mihirau, Tumuku, Whakahauhau,
Turanganui, Rautoka, Te Rereatemahoa,
Okorewa, where it ends.

Wairarapa Moana North,
near Greytown, Wairarapa
Commences at Tuakipuku, and goes on to Te
Waiaruhe-o-Tukairua, Rurumoko, Puriri,
Makakahi, Otekenga, Te Awa-a-Pohatu, Te
Awatapu, and comes out at Kahapahapa,
then goes along in the Atuahae, to Ahine-
ngatira, thence into the Otauira, and on to
the sea, then turns towards the South to Te
Wahangapohatu, Te Tipuna, Paporoporo,
and Pekehonia, crosses over to Ruamaha-
nga, and thence to Tuakipuku, where the
boundary ends.
Tamati Te Apatu, Paora Te
Ihumaoa, and Whatonga
Te Tapere Kopuaranga, near
Masterton, Wairarapa
Commences at Rurupo, and goes on to Ko-
ngutungutu, Te Onepu, Te Whatiatoki,
Maurioho, and Te Rotoatepani, turns then
towards the West to Te Maire, Te Whiwhi-
nau and on to the source of the Rurupo,
then turns towards the North and goes
along in that river to its mouth, where the
boundary ends.
Karaitiana Korou, Wi Tini-
tara Te Kaewa, Erihapeti
Whakamairu, Hami Takirau,
and others
Okurupeti, near Masterton Commences at the boundary of Kewhi's land
on the Whangaehu, and goes towards the
North in that river to Te Kopi, and thence
to Te Pohatu-a-Kawekura, turns here to-
wards the West, and goes along the boun-
dary to the peg.

Maringiawai, in the Tupuru-
puru Block, near Grey-
town, Wairarapa
Commences at Pukepatiti and goes on to
Pukemokimoki, and thence to the Matenga-
tenga River, then turns towards the South
to Te Pa-o-Rakaiwerohia, Matangikaihau,
Tikahapehape, Puke-Mangamangaua, Te
Koaoatirapurua, Paerangiaio, and Pahii,
turns here towards the West to the Paera-
ngiaio hill, thence to Kakanui and the
Ahinekohai Pa, and thence to Pukepatiti,
where it ends.
Hoani Te Toru, Ripeka Ihaka,
Hemi Matiaha, Rititia Ha-
wea, and Hemi Te Oka
Te Purakau, near Greytown,
Wairarapa
Commences at the Pukatea River and goes on
to Te Waiateatua, turns and goes towards
the East to Moetu and Ngatarahanga, then
goes along in the Muhunoa to Waiohine,
Te Tawhiwhi, and Kahutia, turns then
towards the South and goes on to the
boundary of the Bishop's land, where it
ends.
