land, West Coast (North Island), Otago, and
Southland, described in the Schedule hereunder
written, for the purposes in the said Schedule
specified.

AUCKLAND.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 7 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less,
being Allotment No. 27 of Section No. 14 of the
Suburbs of Auckland, situated in the Rangitoto Sur-
vey District. Bounded towards the North-east by
Allotment No. 35, 1015 links; towards the South-
east by a road-line, 1382 links; towards the South-
west by the Remuera Road, 100 links; and towards
the West by the Newmarket Station Reserve, 340
links, 585 links, and 454 links, and by a stream; be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For railway

Cemetery Reserve, in the Parish of Tuhikaramea,
Alexandra Survey District, Provincial District of
Auckland. Bounded towards the North by a road,
1246 links; towards the East by a road, 802.6 links;
towards the South by Lot No. 109, 1246 links; and
towards the West by Lot No. 163, 8026 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a

Tangihua Survey District. Bounded towards the
North-east by north-eastern portion of Allotment

150 links and 851 links; towards the South-west by
south-western portion of Allotment No. 49, 1190
links; towards the West by Allotment No. 50, 680
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As

measurement 60 acres, more or less, and being north-
eastern portion of Allotment No. 49, Parish of Wai-
kiekie, Tangihua Survey District. Bounded towards
the North by Allotment No. 48, 2740 links;
towards the East by a road-line, 3788 links; towards
the South-west by middle portion of Allotment No.
49, 2300 links; and towards the West by Allotment
No. 50, 2150 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. For a recreation-ground.

WEST COAST (NORTH ISLAND).

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 1 acre
2 roods, being the whole of Blook XVII., and
portions of Parris Street and Macaulay Terrace,
all on the map of Opunaki Township. Bounded
towards the North-east by Reserve No. 31, 369.2
links; towards the South-east by a Native reserve
named Rimupiko, 350 links; towards the South-west
by Macaulay Terrace, a road, and Parris Street,
487 links; and towards the North-west by the above-
mentioned Reserve No. 31, 428.7 links. For a ceme-

OTAGO.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less,
