NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of
land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
- JOHN PLAISTED, ANNE COWLI-
SHAW, WILLIAM WHITE.—6 perches, Section
214, Town of Hokitika. Occupied by the firm of
Thomas Cowlishaw and Co., Ironmongers.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
Dated this 18th day of April, 1881, at the Lands
Registry Office, Hokitika.

NOTICE is hereby given that, unless within one
month from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice there be tendered to me, for the purchase
of the fee-simple of all those pieces of land containing
together 2 roods 1 perch, being part of Rural Sec-
tions numbered 2659 and 10247, as described in
certificates of title, Vol. xi., folio 300, and Vol. xx.,
folio 62, a sum sufficient to satisfy the principal,
interest, and other charges due on mortgages
thereof given by JAMES STRACHAN to JAMES
HUTCHINSON SUTTER, I shall issue a fore-
closure order in favor of the mortgagee, unless
caveat be lodged or an injunction be received by me
from the Supreme Court forbidding the same.
Dated this 21st day of April, 1881, at the Lands
Registry Office, Christchurch.
