DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that we, the undersigned,
trading together in copartnership in Christ-
church, Sydenham, and Kaiapoi, under the style of
"W. Langdown and Co.," as Coal and Timber Mer-
chants, have mutually agreed to dissolve the said
partnership as and from the 1st day of June next.

INCORPORATION OF TRUSTEES OF ST. PAUL'S
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.
In the matter of a Bill intituled "An Act to
incorporate the Trustees of St. Paul's Presby-
terian Church, in the City of Christchurch, and
for other purposes."
NOTICE is hereby given that application is in-
tended to be made at the next session of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, by a petition, for
leave to bring in a Bill to incorporate the Trustees of
St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, in the City of Christ-
church, and for other purposes.
Copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private
Bill Office on or before the commencement of the
session.
It is intended to appoint certain persons named in
the said Bill to be the first Trustees of the said
church, and to constitute them a body corporate,
with perpetual succession.
Also to vest certain lands, mentioned in the Second
Schedule to the said Bill, in the Trustees, upon
certain trusts, with powers of selling, exchanging,
mortgaging, and leasing the same, and of executing
deeds and other documents.

The muniments of title relating to all the above
lands will be deposited for inspection at the office of
Messieurs Harper and Company, in the City of
Christchurch, on or before the first day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, and will, if
required, on or before the commencement of the
session, be deposited in the Private Bills Office.
Present Trustees: John Anderson, John Miln,
Robert Sutherland, William Chrystall, and Robert
Black.
