register the Mount Arthur Gold-Mining and
Crushing Company (Limited) as a Limited Company
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is to be the Mount Arthur
   Gold-Mining and Crushing Company (Limited).
2. The place of operations is at Mount Arthur, in the Pro-
