I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Panama Gold-Mining Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Panama Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Mount Arthur, in the Pro-
    vincial District of Nelson.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Nelson.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty thousand
    pounds, in twenty thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is fifteen thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
    the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is two thousand two hundred
    and fifty pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Arthur D'Oyly Bayfeild.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date

lately carried on at Whakatane, in the Provincial
District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand,
between FREDERICK SWINDLEY, ROBERT WILKIN,
EVERARD HANNAM HENDERSON, and FREDERICK
WILLIAM HELYAR, under the style or firm of
"Swindley and Wilkin," has been dissolved by
mutual consent.
The said Frederick Swindley is authorized to re-
ceive all debts due to the said partnership, and will
pay all the liabilities thereof.

CONNAL, of Christchurch, under the style or firm of
"Edwards, Bennett and Co.," expired by the effluxion
of time on the 31st day of December, 1880.
Messrs. GEORGE BENNETT and JOHN AIKEN, who
continue to carry on business at the places aforesaid
under the style or firm of "Edwards, Bennett, and
Co.," will discharge and settle all debts due to and
by the said late co-partnership concern.
