Cheviot, Ashley, Akaroa, Selwyn, and Ashburton,

Revoking Regulations made under "The Rabbit
Nuisance Act, 1876."

ARTHUR H. GORDON, Governor.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in
me by "The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1880," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby make and prescribe the
following regulation for the purpose of facilitating
and more effectually carrying into effect the objects
of the said Act, that is to say, -
The regulations made under "The Rabbit Nuisance
Act, 1876," and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-eight, are hereby revoked,
save as to anything already done thereunder.

As witness the hand of his Excellency the
Governor, this thirtieth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
