Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column, will be investigated at Tapuaeharuru, Taupo, on the 21st day
of March next, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court,
Tauranga.

Te Aka, and Hami Te Kuri | Rangipo Waiu near Tonga-
riro | Commences at Te Pou-a-Tamuringa, along
the stream of Hautapu, within Waioru,
strikes the survey line of Murimotu Block,
the 46,000 acres, and arrives at the station
D; turns along a line to the station C
turns along a line and reaches the stone
station, and proceeds to the station B;
crosses the Whangaehu Stream, and pro-
ceeds along that line to the station E; turns
and proceeds to the Waikato River; and
along that river to the mouth of Waipahihi,
and as far as the junction with the stream
of Moawhangonui, along that stream to
Moawhangoiti; along that stream as far as
a survey line trending Westward, along the
edge of the forest, called Paoneone, and as
far as a line which joins up at Te Pou-a-
Tamuringa, the starting-point. |
