IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons
whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees as from the sixth
day of December, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty, to provide for the maintenance and care of
the public cemetery specified in the second column of
the said Schedule.
