NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one month after the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.

  1. ROBERT HEATON RHODES.—115
    acres, part of Rural Sections 4225 and 4226, Timaru
    District. Occupied by William Frew.

of Phillipstown, Widow, claiming as Adminis-
tratrix of the estate of JAMES LLOYD, late of Phillips-
town, Blacksmith, has applied to be registered as
Proprietress of 16 perches of land, part of Rural
Section No. 69, being all the land included in certifi-
cate of title, Vol. xv., folio 244; and that she will
be so registered, unless caveat forbidding the same
be lodged within one month after the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
