  2. The nominal capital of the Company is sixteen thousand pounds in sixteen thousand shares of one pound each.

  1. The name and style of the Company is the Big River Extended Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Murray’s No. 2, on saddle between Big River and Inangahua River, County of Inangahua, New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at Broadway, Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.

  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four thousand pounds in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thousand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
