Land Transfer Act Notices.
NOTICE is hereby given that ANN GIBBS, of
Temuka, Widow of WILLIAM GIBBS, late of
Temuka, Farmer, claiming as his Devisee, has applied
to be registered as Proprietress of 87 acres of land,
being Rural Sections 21943 and 21954, Timaru Dis-
trict; and also of Sections 152 and 153, in the Town
of Wallingford; and that she will be so registered,
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within
one month after the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
Dated this 3rd day of February, 1881, at the
Lands Registry Office, Christchurch.
