as a Limited Company under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Try-Again Gold..
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Terawhiti, in the Provincial
District of Wellington. - The registered office of the Company will be situated in
Willis Street, in the City of Wellington. - The nominal capital of the Company is two thousand
pounds, in four hundred shares of five pounds each. - The number of shares subscribed for is two hundred and
sixty-eight, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number
of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is eighty-five.
- The amount already paid up is seven hundred and ninety-
three pounds sterling. - The name of the Manager is Henry Elliott.
