DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, the undersigned, hereby give notice that we
have, as from the 19th day of November
instant, dissolved the Partnership hitherto subsisting
between us, as General Storekeepers at Lincoln, by
mutual consent. The business will in future be
carried on by Mr. LONGUET, who will collect all the
assets and pay all the debts of the late partnership.
