Gold-Mining Lease Applications refused.

It is hereby notified that the under-mentioned
applications for gold-mining leases in the Hindon
Mining District have been refused, and that the land
in each case is now open for occupation as if no lease
of the same had ever been applied for :-
William Brown and others; Section 12, Block IV.,
Mount Hyde.
William Kenney and John Empen; Section 5,
Block IV., Mount Hyde.
William Kenney; Section 4, Block IV., Mount
Hyde.

Given under my hand, at Dunedin, this thir-
teenth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty.
