NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-4, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the Court fixed to be holden at Napier, Hawke's Bay, on the 29th day
of October, 1880, claims on behalf of themselves and of the several persons whose
names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of
which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published
in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court,
Napier.

Commences at the Makahaka River, thence to
Raoraoroa, turns to Kapakapanui, and to
Ngaruroro, thence to Matanginui and Te
Ranga-a-Whakarua, turns to Ngakawe-
kaiti, and up to Te Kawekanui, thence to
Ngawapurua and Te Makomako, turns to
Raoraoroa, and follows the boundary of
Tahunui to Makahakaha.
Te Muera, Raniera Te Ahiko,
Mohi Te Ahiko, Komene,
Tokitoki, Haromi, Airini,
and others
Oingo or Rakaitehuia, near
Napier
Commences at Oingo, goes on to Ohiwia,
thence to Kawerahiwi, thence to Ohineumu,
turns to Matahorua, thence to Pirau, and
comes down to Oingo, the commencement.
Tareha Te Moananui, Airini
Tonore, Rii Hauwaho, Ha-
romi Te Ata. and others
Kaweramoana, near Napier Commences at Te Kahika and goes on to
Upokopaoa, runs along the sea coast of
Runanga up to Taumataotuku, goes on to
Te Awangarara, turns to Ohineumu, goes
on to Kawerahiwi, thence to Te Hemo, and
thence along the Ohiwia River until it
comes up to Te Kahika, its commencement.
Haromi Te Ata, Arapera
Rangitiaki, Ani Kanara Te
Weti, and others
Pukehamoamoa, near Napier Commences at Te Awahuri, goes on to Okawa,
follows the boundary of Okawa to the
boundary of Muriwhenua, follows that
boundary to Matapiro boundary, follows
that boundary to Oruapirau, and turns to
Te Awahuri, the commencement.
