NOTICE is hereby given that RICHARD CHAM-
PION, of Waimate, Farmer, claiming as tenant
by the curtesy, has applied to be registered as Pro-
prietor of an undivided moiety of the piece of land
containing 19 acres 3 roods 20 perches, part of Rural
Section No. 2513, Waitangi District, as comprised in
certificate of title, Vol. xxx., folio. 47; and that
he will be so registered, unless caveat forbidding
the same be lodged within one month after the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that Town Sections Nos.
195, 229, 230 and 233, and part of Town Section
No. 194, Napier, Hawke's Bay, containing 1 acre and
26 perches, more or less, as comprised in certificate
of title, Vol. vii., folio 204, are offered for sale; and,
further, that, unless within one calendar month after
the date of the Gazette containing this notice a
sufficient sum shall have been realized by the sale of
such lands to satisfy all principal, money, and interest,
and incidental expenses due on a certain deed of
mortgage registered in the Deeds Registry Office at
Napier as No. 12450, given by THOMAS KEN-
NEDY NEWTON, the registered Proprietor of such
land, an order will be issued by me foreclosing the
right of the Mortgagor to redeem the said land.
