A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities conferred upon me by the twentieth
section of "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act,
1879," I, James Prendergast, Esq., Chief Justice of
the Colony of New Zealand, and Administrator of
the Government thereof, do hereby set apart the
lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto for sale as a
village settlement, upon such terms and conditions as
are set forth in an Order in Council of even date
herewith, and made under the twenty-first section of
the said Act.
