If with more than one-fourth, but less than one-half cargo, half rates to be
charged.
If with more than one-half cargo, full rates to be charged.
Tug-steamers to pay 2s. 6d. for each vessel or steamer brought into the river.
All tonnage dues are to be paid within twelve hours after arrival.
