A special extraordinary meeting of Shareholders
of the above Company, held at Doyleston, on
the 12th July, 1880, the following resolutions were
passed, viz.:—
Proposed by Mr. R. Lockhead, and seconded
by Mr. Thomas Hogg, "That the Ellesmere
Bacon-curing Company (Limited) be wound
up voluntarily."
Proposed by Mr. G. Sandry, and seconded by
Mr. Hogg, "That Mr. A. L. Glasson be
appointed Liquidator to wind-up the Com-
pany."
A meeting of Shareholders of the above will be
held at Spring's Hotel, Leeston, on Thursday, the
26th August, to confirm the above resolutions.
