Fixing Sittings of District Court of Timaru and
Oamaru.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that
sittings at Waimate of the District Court of the
Timaru and Oamaru District shall be held as follows,
in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed:—
In the Courthouse lately erected at Waimate,
for the despatch of civil business, on the fifth
day of every month.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a Sunday or a holiday,
then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden
on the first day thereafter not being a Sunday or a
holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this second day of August,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

TURE OF FARINACEOUS FOOD.

Wellington, 22nd July, 1880.
PATENT for an Invention for the Manufacture of
Farinaceous Food from New Zealand Wheat.
JAMES WATKINS, of Dunedin, Merchant, has
deposited at this office a specification of the said
invention; and I have appointed Friday, the 3rd day
of December next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at
this office, to hear the said application and all objec-
tions thereto; and I require all persons having an
interest in opposing the grant of such Letters Patent
to leave, on or before the 29th day of November next,
at this office, particulars in writing of their objections
to the said application, otherwise they will be pre-
cluded from urging the same.

The CREDITORS' TRUSTEE in BANKRUPTCY of the
property of WILLIAM ROBINSON and BERIA ROBIN-
SON, late of Dunsandel, Storekeepers, v. WILLIAM
ROBINSON, Executor of BERIA ROBINSON, late of
Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee-simple of
Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.
Dated this 10th day of May, 1880.
