SCHEDULE B.
CERTIFICATE OF RIGHT OF BURIAL.

On the application of , and upon the payment of the
sum of , which is hereby acknowledged to have been
received, the Trustees of the Wyndham Cemetery, in terms
of, and as authorized by, "The Cemeteries Management
Act, 1877," have agreed to grant, and do hereby grant, unto the
said , permission to dig or make a grave or vault on that
piece of ground, feet long by feet broad, lying
within that portion of the cemetery appropriated for
burials, and marked No. compartment on the said plan
of the cemetery, kept by the said Trustees, with permission to
erect or place on the said piece of ground a tombstone or
monument, on payment of such charges as may from time to
time be established; and it is hereby declared that the said
shall be entitled to have and keep up such vault, tombstone, or
monument, according to the terms of this permission, to and for
the sole and separate use of the said , and his, her, or
their heirs and near relations for ever: Provided always, and it
is hereby declared, that this grant is made subject to the terms
and conditions following, viz.: First, that the said piece of
ground shall be kept and used by the said , his or her heirs,
near relations, and , and friends, solely as a burying-place, and that no
other use shall be made thereof. Second, that no enclosing wall,
fence, building, tombstone, or monument shall be placed or
erected on the said ground until a plan thereof shall have been
exhibited to the said Trustees, and their authority given for the
erection thereof. Third, that the said grave or vault, and the said
wall, fence, building, tombstone, or monument, shall be main-
tained and kept up by the said , and his or her heirs or
relations, in proper repair, to the satisfaction of the Trustees.
Fourth, that the said , and his or her heirs and near
relations and friends, shall, in the use of the said piece of
ground, and access thereto, be subject in every respect to such
rules and regulations as the Trustees of the said cemetery may,
with the consent of the Governor, from time to time make, and
shall not be entitled to exercise the right to bury or inter
therein except on payment of such charges as shall from time
to time be fixed by the said Trustees.

THE following Notice to Mariners, received from
the Superintendent, Marine Survey of India, is
published for general information.

INDIA-BAY OF BENGAL, RIVER HOOGHLY.-DIS-
CONTINUANCE OF EXHIBITION OF MAROONS FROM
THE LIGHT-VESSELS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the burning of maroons
from the lightships of the River Hooghly will be dis-
continued after the 1st December, 1880, and that
these signals will then be burnt only from the pilot
brigs.

Also that during the time the intermediate light-
vessel is not on her station (i.e., from the 1st December
to the 31st January), the Lower Gasper lightship
will, from sunset to sunrise, burn a blue-light at the
hour, in addition to the one now burnt at the half-
hour.

These changes will not affect the order in which
the blue-lights or rockets are exhibited from the other
lightships.
