NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Kaihu, in the District of Kai-
para, on the 11th day of August next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names
appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grants of the
pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column situate in the districts named in the third
column.

A sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Waiomatatini, Waiapu,
on the 31st day of March, 1880, and finished on the 30th day of April, 1880, before Henry Halse,
Esquire, Judge, and Pomare Kingi, Assessor :
In the matter of the several applications of persons for the investigation of their claims to be
interested in the several blocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered
that a memorial of the ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said
Schedule be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of Henry Halse, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, this 30th day of
April, 1880.
