DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore existing, at Moturoa, in the Provin-
cial District of Taranaki, between the undersigned
DAVID HERLIHY and HENRY THOMAS MANNING, as
Storekeepers, under the firm of "Herlihy and Co.,"
has by mutual consent been this day dissolved.
The business will henceforth be carried on by the
said Henry Thomas Manning. All debts due to
the late firm must be paid to the said Henry Thomas
Manning, whose receipt alone will be a sufficient
discharge therefor. All liabilities of the old firm
will be discharged by the said Henry Thomas Man-
ning.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of five per cent.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom Post Office Money Orders should
be made payable.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL IN FUTURE BE INSERTED WITHOUT
PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
