Description of Land. - Section 1, nearly all level,
alluvial soil, covered chiefly with high manuka, small
patch of forest, Waikawe Stream forms a fence;
Section 2, small portion hilly, chiefly undulating,
with alluvial flat along river, very small patch of
forest; Sections 3 and 4, undulating, alluvial flat
along river, small patches of forest; Sections 5 and
6, undulating, alluvial flat along river, very good
soil, one-fourth forest, sufficient timber for fencing;
Section 9, undulating, one-third forest; Section 10,
undulating, one-fourth forest; Section 11, undu-
lating, small patch of forest, sufficient timber for
fencing, strips of alluvial flat along stream, some-
times flooded; Section 12, chiefly flat, wet, and full
of holes, good soil along Waikawe Stream, liable to
be flooded, light bush, good puriri, river forms a
fence; Section 13, part bush and part open land,
frontage to Waikawe Stream; Section 14, princi-
pally open, small patches of bush; Section 15, open,
small quantity of swamp; Section 16, principally
open, small portion bush. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and
6 have a frontage to the Takahue River. This block
is accessible by a good bridle-road from Victoria
Valley.

the contract for the sale of the land shall hencefor-
ward be null and void.
