Auckland, an aboriginal native, claiming estate or
interest as Devisee under the will of MARARA HANATA,
of Ohinemuri aforesaid, an aboriginal native, deceased,
of an estate of inheritance in fee-simple in possession
as tenant in common with Miriama Pehi Pukukauri,
Peneamene Tanui, Hori Kerei Tuokioki, and Matene
Pehi, all aboriginal natives, in all that parcel of land

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A
WATER-RACE.

To the Mining Registrar at Clyde of the Otago
Gold Fields Mining District, and all other persons
whom it may concern.

TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race for domestic and irrigating pur-
purposes, commencing at a point at the mouth of the
gorge of Blackman's Gully, near Kane's Claim,
and terminating on Sections 6 and 2, Block I., Fraser
District.
The length of such race is about two miles, the
course west to east, the mean breadth will be about
2 feet, and the depth about 1 foot, and it is pro-
posed to carry one head of water.
