Fixing Sittings of District Court of Westland.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint
that sittings of the District Court of Westland shall
be held as follow:-

In the Supreme Courthouse at Hokitika, for civil
business, on the seventeenth day of January, the
thirteenth day of March, the fifteenth day of May,
the twelfth day of July, the thirteenth day of Sep-
tember, and the fifteenth day of November; and for
criminal and civil business on the fourteenth day of
February, the seventeenth day of April, the twelfth
day of June, the sixteenth day of August, the
eighteenth day of October, and the tenth day of
December, in each year.

In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at Grey-
mouth, for civil business, on the twentieth day of
January, the sixteenth day of March, the eighteenth
day of May, the fifteenth day of July, the sixteenth
day of September, and the eighteenth day of Novem-
ber; for criminal and civil business on the seven-
teenth day of February, the twentieth day of April,
the fifteenth day of June, the nineteenth day of
August, the twenty-first day of October, and the
thirteenth day of December, in each year.

In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at Reef-
ton, for criminal and civil business, on the twenty-
third day of February, the twenty-sixth day of April,
the twenty-first day of June, the twenty-fifth day of
August, the twenty-seventh day of October, and the
seventeenth day of December, in each year.

In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at West-port, for criminal and civil business, on the twenty-
seventh day of January, the twenty-third day of
March, the twenty-fifth day of May, the twenty-
second day of July, the twenty-third day of Septem-
ber, and the twenty-fifth day of November in each
year.

Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a Sunday or a holiday,
then the Court appointed for that day shall be
holden on the first day thereafter not being a Sunday
or a holiday.

Provided, further, that this warrant shall not take
effect till the tenth day of July, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this eighth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty.

BY virtue and in pursuance of the power and
authority vested in me by the fourth and sixth
sections of "The Licensing Act 1873 Amendment
Act, 1874," and of all other powers in that behalf
enabling me, I, Hercules George Robert Robinson,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby appoint the persons named in the Schedule
hereto to be Members of the Licensing Court for
the Licensing District of Bay of Islands, in lieu of
the persons appointed by warrant dated the twenty-
second day of May, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty; and the said persons hereby appointed shall,
