Auckland, May 22nd, 1880.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Makaraka, Turanga, on the 22nd
day of June next, and following days, will be heard the claim of the person whose name appears in
the first column, to succeed to the interest of the person deceased whose name appears in the second
column, in the block of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made Wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to
produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.

called Rangipo, which was advertised to be heard at Whanganui, on the 2nd of June, will not be heard
at that time or place, but at a sitting of the Court to be held at Taupo, at a future date.
