NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, May 6th, 1880.

W HEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 4th day of February, 1880, it was ordered by His Excellency
in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and "The Native
Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Rawiri Pakiri and others, to a piece of land called Kaingaroa No. 1,
situate at Kaingaroa, in the District of Bay of Plenty, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of
New Zealand at Matata, in the said district, on the 23rd day of September, 1879, should be reheard before
the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 27th day of October, 1880.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Matata, Bay of
Plenty, on the 9th day of June next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.

THE KAIAPOI NATIVE RESERVES ACT, 1877.
DISTRICT OF KAIAPOI, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF CANTERBURY.

A sitting of the Native Land Court, begun and holden at Kaiapoi on the 10th day of March, 1880, and
concluded on the 27th day of March, 1880, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and
Hoani Taipua, Assessor.

In the matter of the Kaiapoi Native Reserves the Act referring thereto called "The Kaiapoi Native
Reserves Act, 1877," and the Order in Council dated the 14th day of October, 1879, for the hearing of the
same, it was ordered that a memorial of the ownership of the several persons respectively named in the
third column of the said Schedule for the blocks of land named in the first column, be inscribed on a
separate folium of the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the seal of the Court this
27th day of March, 1880.
