Land temporarily reserved in the Provincial District
of Westland.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the pur-
poses in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby
temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Provin-
cial District of Westland described in the Schedule
hereto, for the purpose in the said Schedule
specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Westland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1
rood, more or less, being Reserve No. 221 (in
red), Block XII., on the map of the Waimea Survey
District. Bounded towards the South-east by the
Greenstone Road, 250 links; towards the North-
east by Kumara Town Belt South, 500 links; towards
the North-west by Cashman Street, 250 links; and
towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 825 and
836, 500 links. For a recreation-ground.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this seventeenth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

Trustees appointed for Maintenance of the Kyeburn
Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Sir
Hercules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the
first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

Altering Boundaries of Matamata Highway District,
County of Piako.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in
me by the seventh section of the Act of the
Provincial Council of Auckland intituled "The High-
ways Act, 1874," and "The Abolition of Provinces
Act, 1875," I, Hercules George Robert Robinson,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that, from and after the date hereof,
the boundaries of the Matamata Highway District,
County of Piako, shall be those set forth in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, bounded towards the North-east by
right line from the intersection of the eastern
boundary of the Pourewa Block with the Waitoa
River to the intersection of the western boundary
of the Turanga-o-Moana Block with the Waihou
River, thence by the said Waihou River and the
Wairere River; towards the East and South by the
Okauia Block to the Waihou River, thence by that
river; again towards the East by the Mangawhero
River to the Mangawhara Block, thence by that
block, the Mangawhara River, and again by the said
Mangawhara Block; towards the South by the Waipa
Block to the Waikato River, and thence by said
river; and towards the West by the Hinuera No. 2
Block and the Te Pae-o-Tu Rawaru Block to the
Mangapapa River, and thence by that river and the
Waitoa River to the eastern boundary of the Pourewa
Block, the starting point: as the same is delineated
on the plan deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this nineteenth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

Public Vaccinator appointed.

Wellington, 17th May, 1880.
IT is hereby notified that, under the provisions of
"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint
FREDERIC NORTON, Esq.,
to be a Public Vaccinator, to perform gratuitous
vaccination in accordance with the provisions of the
said Act and any regulations made or to be made
thereunder, for the District of Tokatoka.
