NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, April 26th, 1880.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 1st day of April, 1880, it was ordered by His Excellency
in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and "The Native
Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Harete Matia and others, to a piece of land situate at Maketu, in the
District of Bay of Plenty, called Rangiuru, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand
on the 4th day of February, 1880, at Tauranga, in the said district, should be reheard before the said
Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 4th day of February, 1881.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Maketu, Bay of
Plenty, on the 1st day of June next for the rehearing of the afore-named claim.

the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 13th day of November, 1880.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Maketu, Bay of
Plenty, on the 1st day of June next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.
