NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

WELLINGTON, MONDAY, MAY 17, 1880.

Fixing Sittings of District Court of Tokomairiro and
Clutha District.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that
sittings at Milton of the District Court of the
Tokomairiro and Clutha District shall be held as
follows, in lieu of those previously fixed and
appointed to be held in the Resident Magistrate's
Courthouse at Tokomairiro:—

In the Council Chambers at Milton, for the
despatch of criminal and civil business, on the eighteenth day of May, on the thirteenth
day of July, on the fourteenth day of Septem-
ber, and on the sixteenth day of November
next.

Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a Sunday or a holiday,
then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden
on the first day thereafter not being a Sunday or
a holiday.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this seventeenth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
