Mining Notices.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER
RACE.
To the Mining Registrar at Naseby, in the Mining
District of Mount Ida, and all other persons whom
it may concern.
TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert water for irrigation from
a stream known as the March Creek, flowing near
the Township of Middlemarch, in the District of
Strath Taieri, in the Mining District of Mount Ida,
commencing in Section seventy (70), Block ten (X.),
of the Strath Taieri Survey, and terminating on the
Taieri River at a point about two hundred (200)
yards north-easterly from Trigonometrical Station
D on the survey of the said Strath Taieri District.
Length, about one (1) mile; mean breadth, four (4)
feet; depth, two (2) feet six (6) inches; and it is
proposed to divert and carry therein six (6) Govern-
ment-heads of water. Time required for construc-
tion and completion of the said water-race, one (1)
month.
Dated at Garthmyl (via Dunedin), this 19th day
of April, 1880.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER-
RACE.
To the Mining Registrar, also to the Warden, at
Arrow, in the Mining District of Otago Gold
Fields, and to all others whom it may concern.
TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race for other than gold-mining purposes,
to wit, for irrigation, commencing at a point in
Spots Creek, 30 chains west of Main Road, Cardrona
Valley, and terminating at the Lake County Forest
Reserve, under the provisions of subsection 1 of
section 31 of "The Mines Act, 1877." The length
of race is one and a quarter miles or thereabouts,
and course nearly north-east; mean depth of such
race is 3 feet, and the mean breadth 3 feet.
Three months are required to construct said race,
and it is proposed to divert six Government-heads of
water.
Dated at Arrowtown, this 26th day of April, 1880.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER-
RACE.
To the Mining Registrar at Cromwell of the Otago
Gold Fields District, and all other persons whom
it may concern.
TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race, and divert water, commencing at
Nineteen-Mile Creek, Mount Pisa, about 600 yards
from Wanaka Road, and terminating at my home-
stead, Wanaka Road. The race runs parallel with
the Wanaka Road about 200 yards distant.
The length of the race is about three miles.
The breadth and depth of the same will be 2 by 2
feet respectively, and it is proposed to divert four
sluice-heads of water.
The above race is required for irrigation and mining,
under section 31 of "The Mines Act, 1877."
Dated at Cromwell, this 23rd day of March, 1880.

register the Boase's Bonanza Gold-Mining
Company as a Limited Company under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Boase's Bonanza
Gold-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Langdon's Reefs, Paparoa
Range, in the Judicial District of Westland, in New Zealand. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Greymouth, in the said district. - The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand
eight hundred pounds, in one thousand six hundred shares of
three pounds each. - The number of shares subscribed for is one thousand five
hundred and eighty-four shares, being not less than two-thirds
of the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is two thousand five hundred
pounds. - The name of the Manager is George William Moss, of
Greymouth aforesaid, Commission Agent. - The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
